1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply to every page of the DooAsset website, including the viewing, contact and listing forms. The service is provided by DooAsset. By using the website or sending a form, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our privacy policy.

02OUR SERVICE

2. The DooAsset service

DooAsset is a website that brings together condos, houses and townhouses for sale and for rent in Bangkok, and acts as the agent between interested people and property owners. We do not own the properties listed unless a listing clearly says so.

Partner listings

Properties we act as agent for on behalf of partners. Our team rewrites every description and never copies text from other sources.

Listings from owners

Properties sent through the listing form, published after the owner has checked a preview.

Decision tools

Price per sq.m. against the median, the walk to the station, and calculators for signing-day money and monthly payments.

03LISTING DATA

3. Accuracy of data and estimates

We check information before publishing and show an update date on every listing, but owners can change prices, availability and terms. Every figure on the website states where it comes from, as set out here.

04PROHIBITED USE

4. What you may not do

To keep the information on this website reliable and safe for everyone, you agree not to use it in any of these ways.

• Scrape data in bulk

  For example, using bots to copy listings, photos or statistics and republishing them without permission

• Send false details or pose as someone else

  For example, listing a property you don’t own without a power of attorney, or using another person’s name and phone number

• Send spam or malicious code

  Through any form, attached photo or other DooAsset contact channel

05OWNER SUBMISSIONS

5. Terms for listing your property

Sending the listing form passes your details to the team for review; it is not yet an agreement to use the service. Fee: Free to list, nothing to pay upfront. A commission is due only when the deal closes: one month’s rent for a rental, 3% of the price for a sale. The team explains all the terms before your listing goes live.

• You own the property, or are authorised to sell or rent it out
• The details, price and photos match the real property
• You check a preview before every listing goes live
• You tell the team as soon as the property is sold or rented

06CONTENT · IP

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and arrangement of information on this website belong to DooAsset. Owners keep the rights to the photos they send us and allow DooAsset to use them to list and promote that property while the listing is live. You can ask us to remove photos or a listing at any time through the contact page.

07LIABILITY

7. Limitation of liability

Our information is there to help you decide; it is not legal, tax or financial advice. Before you sign a contract or transfer money, check the title documents with the Land Office and read the whole contract. To the extent the law allows, DooAsset is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of information on this website.

8. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes, and we will show the update date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by Thai law.
