What to check before you decide
- 28 sqm fits a bed, a desk and a wardrobe, but the kitchen is usually a small counter. Look at the photos or book a viewing.
- Electricity and water. Some buildings charge the official utility rates; some owners set their own rate per unit. Ask before signing.
